Reclamação de erro grave que ocorre na utilização do aplicativo Indesign

Considerando que as licenças do software Adobe Creative Cloud All Apps, fornecidas pela revenda da Adobe - MCR  Sistemas e Consultoria LTDA, vêm apresentando falhas técnicas que comprometem diretamente a qualidade gráfica, estrutura e legibilidade do Boletim Oficial do
Município, cumpre informar que:
● Há meses estamos enfrentando a mesma situação crítica, com falhas recorrentes no processo de exportação e diagramação dos arquivos, bem como travamentos de cerca de 8 minutos, parando apenas o aplicativo, sendo que as demais funcionalidades e sistemas continuam funcionando normalmente;

● Os documentos oficiais publicados apresentam sobreposição de textos, distorções e seções ilegíveis, o que compromete sua função pública e validade jurídica;
● Diversas tentativas de resolução foram realizadas por meio de contato técnico com a contratada, sem solução definitiva até o momento, o que demonstra ineficiência no suporte e descumprimento das obrigações contratuais.

Solicitamos ajuda na resolução definitiva dos problemas, já que ocorrem a mais de 3 meses.

Thanks for reaching out. Based on your query, you are experiencing issues with the InDesign app such as export and layout failures, along with crashes. Please confirm if this is the issue you need assistance with. I recommend trying the following steps:

Make sure InDesign and the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app are fully updated, as many stability bugs are fixed in Adobe’s regular updates.

Reset preferences, as corrupted preferences can cause crashes and export defects. Reset them by holding Ctrl+Alt+Shift (Windows) or Cmd+Option+Shift (Mac) while launching InDesign, and confirm the deletion.

Check for plug-ins by removing or disabling any third-party plug-ins, scripts, or extensions that may be conflicting with InDesign.

Test in a new user profile or on another computer to determine whether the issue is tied to a specific user environment.

Ensure the machine meets or exceeds InDesign’s system requirements, especially for RAM and GPU. Check the following document: https://adobe.ly/4lzw8re. Close all unnecessary background processes before running InDesign.

Use optimized export settings. Try File > Export > Adobe PDF (Print) with the “High Quality Print” preset, then test the “Press Quality” preset to see if results differ.

To test the impact on distortion, disable “Optimize for Fast Web View” and “Subset Fonts” in the export settings.
