recover deleted account

Hello,

I've been working for 3 months on my old schools adobe account thinking that I was on my new schools adobe account, Yesterday while trying to work on Illustrator I wasn't able to access my files (it was saying that the files couldn't be found and that I needed to contact the owner of the account the file was on to open it). Im guessing my old account got shut down. PLS help I have no access to my cloud and might have lost all of my work.
