Recuperar ingreso a cuenta

Estimados,

 

Tenemos una cuenta que esta asociada a las compras de licencias de productos, logramos ingresar hasta la recuperación pero envía un SMS a un numero telefonico que ya no tenemos.

 

¿Cómo podemos resolver para tener acceso a la cuenta nuevamente?

Hi @rodrigo_3954,

 

As checked, the Adobe ID you used to post this query has an active Teams contract.

Could you please confirm the issue you're facing? Are you unable to access the Admin Console, or has the designated admin left your organization?
