Redeem Code???

Hello,

I have a business license for CS and have a license key to renew, update, or whatever it is called. I try to go online and either "renew" or "Activate" the license. I try to activate but is states:"Your purchase was not detected ...". I then select Renew and it askes for a redeeming code which I don't receive. My company has given me the license key but I see no area where I can apply the key.

Can someone help???

It is the Premiere version of CC. My company has given me a new license key ... how do I get it to work via a subscription?

You may be talking about a redemption code, but I don't know how you convert a redemption code to a subscription

Premiere Pro CS6?

Photoshop CS6?

Premiere Pro CC?

CS programs have serial numbers (Don't post it here on this public forum) and don't renew. Thay are perpetual.

CC programs are by subscription.

What and when did you purchase and from whom?
