Reducir mis licencias

Buenas,

 

quisiera saber como poder reducir licencias que ya no estoy usando. Estoy siguiendo los pasos, pero no me aparece la opción de poder renovar licencias o reducir, por favor necesito ayuda urgente para poder reducir dos licencias y no estar pagando por demás.

    i think tou have to wait until it's time for renewal because you already paid for the year.

     

    open the support tab on your admin console > start chat or start case or request expert session.
