After spending hours trying to cancel my account, I am still unable to cancel.

 

We should contact our local government representatives and ask them to create a law that forces companies to make account deletion simple and straightforward. The new law should force companies to give refunds if their cancellation procedures are lengthy or irrational. 

 

Adobe make it difficult to cancel because they want to take your money. Ethical companies don't operate this way.

I couldn't agree more , ethical companies don't need to cheat people to make a profit. After trying a trial from Adobe I tried to cancel . A customer representative contacted me and I told her I didn't like the product and would like to cancel my free trial. Well after being charged for 2 months I found the magic way to cancel but was charged 112.00 dollars for cancelling my free trial. That free trial cost me 160.00. I would be ashamed if I did business this way. And obviously I'm not the only one.
