I received a popup notice to register my CC purchase.

Went to Adobe home page, no register link.

Did a search and followed this link https://www.adobe.com/cfusion/gpr/index.cfm?1001=&v=1&loc=en_us&email=&nf=0&promoid=DTEIN

And received a 404

If you go to Adobe.com and log in with your Adobe ID you should be able to access your account and view all of your products.
