Reimaging Apple Mac's Due to Expired Licensing that's not expired

We have recently run into an issue on our Enterprise licensing where the user is confronted with a license expired message when attempting to login to our Enterprise licencing on Apple macOS computers.   Our only rememdy has been to reimage the macOS computer.   We are in a Unified Jamf environment.   Efforts have been to Remove all the Adobe products, restart and reload, but this isn't doing the trick.   We have in ALL cases had to remimage our macOS computers in this state.

It seems your organization has renewed the contract and acquired the new set of licenses. Please contact your admin, who will add your account to the new license in the admin console. Once assigned, please sign out and log-in again which should resolve the issue.

Hi

I'm also on an enterprise license with MacOS and having a similar issue. My license recently expired - everything looks to be fine when I access my account area through a web browser. Launching adobe apps on my mac tells me that my license has expired and I can use the apps for 5 more days (although this is now four).
I updated to 14.1.2 at the end of last week, so I'm wondering if that might be connected.

Hi Royce24349580xr7o

Sorry for the trouble, but we need more information

1. What types of licensing are you using? Is there any error message? Screen shot would be helpful

2. Has this ever worked for you?

3. A video demonstrating the issue would be helpful

4. Try removing the licensing files - https://helpx.adobe.com/in/download-install/kb/adobe-license-issues-keychain-credential-mgr.html

make sure, when attempting to remove adobe files from a mac computer you do a clean cc install carefully following each applicable step:

uninstall every cc app including preferences per https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html

then uninstall the cc desktop app, using the correct uninstaller per https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html#sa_src=web-messaging

clean your computer of cc files per http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html
