Remote Update Manager don't install CC Updates

Hello,

we got some CC licenses in our company and most of the user don't have admin rights to install the updates. I tried the Remote Update Manager but he didn't found the CC updates. I tested it with a CS6 installation and there he found updates and installed them.

Is there any way to deploy the updates to the user without create a new package with the Packager?

Hi kai,

Can you please confirm if remote update manager was executed with elevated permission?

If so, please share the RemoteUpdateManager.log?

Hi Ashish,

i started the RUM with elevated rights.

The RemoteUpdateManager.log says that there are no updates, but you can see in the screenshot that there should be 2 updates.
