Remote Update manager failure for Photoshop CC 2015.5.2 (17.0.2)

Someone at adobe was apparently asleep when they built the remoteupdatemanager update for Photoshop 2015.5.2:

I really don't think trying to move the patched application from temp to /System/Library/Fonts is gonna work.
