Remote Update Manager - not seeing Update Server

I've been working for a couple of weeks now trying to get an AUSST server setup and believe I have it mostly working - I have downloaded fresh and incremental updates for all the products that our users requred (although all Acrobat files fail - but that is for another post).

I install an older version of CC2019 apps (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Dimension) that I know needs updates (and that the AUSST server has) leads to several different answers.

Conected to the internet - updates available

Not connected to the internet - no updates available

This tells me that RUM is not finding the AUSST server. I have made sure the override file is stored in the Admin Console and then manually put the override file on the target machine; without access to the internet it will not find any updates.

At this point I am at a loss of what to do and very close to scrapping AUSST - our users can stick with CC2019 and Acrobat 19 because they work.

Finally got this working; the issue seems to arrise from downloading both CC2019 and CC2020 updates.

So my question is; can I use AUSST to manage updates for both CC2019 and CC2020 applications?
