Remote Update Manger - Bypass Internal Update Server If Unavailable

When creating a new package in the Adobe Admin console, there is an option to automatically bypass the internal update server if it is not available and connect to Adobe update servers for updates. However, it is doucmented this does not work for Adobe RUM.

We routinely run Adobe RUM to automate updates to the Creative Cloud applications and it works great for our devices that are onsite. Many of our devices are remote and we do not want all of that traffic going through our VPN connection. Can you please add the functionality to bypass interal update servers for Remote Update Manager?
