Question

Removal of code

Without exception, every time I need to get into our account or someone goes to use their product they are harassed by being required to enter a code.  We weren't harassed like this in the past.

How do we get this code requirement removed?  It is preventing people from doing their job, including me.  Enterprise users should not be harassed like this.

Hello,

I think the users have enabled the two-factor authentication which is asking them to enter an additional security code to log in to the account. Kindly check this article to disable it: https://helpx.adobe.com/in/manage-account/using/secure-your-adobe-account.html#:~:text=Deactivate%20two%2Dstep%20verification,the%20Two%2Dstep%20verification%20option.

The organization can also use the federated IDs if they would like to manage the accounts.

This is not TFA.  This is a notice which appears after we enter our email address but before our password. I just had to do it again today to log into our account to assign licenses.  I'm signing in from the same machine on the same network from the same location each time and every single time, without exception, I'm harassed by Adobe to enter a code which is emailed to me.

Which is ridiculous.  They have the information (and our money), let us do our work without having to jump through more hoops.
