Remove AAMEE Utility download?

Hi,

I have installed AAMEE v3.1 onto a Windows 2016 server.

I now want to remove/uninstall this product.

The documentation here: https://wwwimages2.adobe.com/content/dam/Adobe/en/devnet/creativesuite/pdfs/Remove_AAMEE.pdf indicates that the Remove AAMEE utility is available via Adobe Labs link but I am unable to download it.

From here the download links appear dead.

If there is another location to download this software, please provide the URL.
