Remove "Personal" option when dealing with Federated ID or Enterprise ID

If someone logs on with a Federated ID or an Enterprise ID on a claimed domain, there's no reason Personal Account should be an option.  If there is some edge case I'm not thinking of, the company should at least have the option to toggle the option on or off from the admin console.

Hi @Toby34742247rz8r ,

If your user has a Personal Profile and one or more Business Profiles, use the Automatic profile selection setting to exclude your Personal Profile during sign-in. So, if you only have one Business Profile, you won't be prompted to select a profile at sign-in.

Hope this helps!

No, flat out BAD answer. That is a user action, so multiply that by number of users. Adobe needs to get it together and let admins actually admin the accounts.

The real reason this login policy remains- people buy adobe because "I only have the free version"

Hi there,

Thank you for reaching out. Currently, the option to enable Automatic Profile Selection in the Adobe Admin Console to streamline sign-in for users with multiple profiles is not available.

We understand how valuable this feature would be for your organization’s user experience. We encourage you to share this feedback by submitting a feature request through Adobe’s wishlist form.

Please let us know if there’s anything further we can assist you with.

Regards.
