Remove tool

When I try to use Remove Tool (on a lab Mac computer) in the universities network, I get the following error message.

"Required components are being downloaded. Check back later to use the tool once the download is complete"

Any assistance would be helpful.

@Sameer K Enterprise is handled differently than individual installs. The admins have to add the Remove tool add-on to the deployment package and distribute.

Hey @GRAPHICPROF. Welcome to the Photoshop community. I'll help you figure this out.

What version of Photoshop & the macOS are you working on? What troubleshooting steps have you tried?

The components for the Remove tool are downloaded right after Photoshop is downloaded. As an essential step, uninstall & reinstall Photoshop.
If this does not help, ensure Photoshop has required permissions on the macOS: https://community.adobe.com/t5/photoshop-ecosystem-discussions/learn-how-to-give-full-disk-access-to-photoshop-on-macos-quick-tip/m-p/12889716

Thanks!

Hi @GRAPHICPROF talk to your IT Admin - they did not install the component add-on when creating the installer package from the admin console.

Thank you. I suspected it was an install problem or incomplete install. I will put in a help ticket to IT.
