Remove user from Storage

I let Adobe talk me into doing a business account instead of keeping individual accounts. In the process of moving everyone a person who had nothing to do with our organization was added. I was able to have the person removed by chatting with support, however, the person is still listed as an active user in Storage. How do i remove them? Chat was absolutely no help with this question.

For storage to be freed up, users need to be removed permanently. It's necessary to make this distinction because assets once removed permanently can't be restored.

1. In the Admin Console, go to Users > Directory Users.

2. Select and remove the user.
