Removed User via Admin Console - Cloud files didn't transfer

Hey Adobe Community,

Recently I deleted a user from the admin portal. He had a creative cloud license with quite a bit of data backed up to it via the cloud. So before removing the user from our portal, I went ahead and transferred the rights to all the the files he had stored to the cloud over to someone else. It seemed like the transfer was all going accoring to plan but out of the 200GB that needed to be transferred over, only several MB ended up being transferred.

If Adobe mentioned that all his files were going to be transferred, why did only a really small amount of files get transferred? Need help as those files were quite important.

Please create a support ticket from the Adobe admin console so that the technician could check the details in the backend and gather more details for further investigation.
