renew licence

We got message that we should contact our sales person to renew our  Acrobat VIP licenses . We would like to renew. However, the mails to the only salesperson we know, are being rejected. We cannot chat (not operational at the moment) nor call (connection is disrupted after voicemail).  The helpsection in the admintool does not give us a solution to renew either.

How can we renew our licenses if we cannot contact you by any means?
