Renewal VIP license
For the past 2 months we have been trying to renew our subscription without success. I contacted support and got the name of the new representative, had a teams meeting with her and then still no renewal of our license. We now have 7 more days of access to Creative Cloud apps but the license has expired in the meantime.
What should I do to resolve this licensing issue? My users will no longer have access in 7 days if this is not resolved. I have never experienced such a unclear process or worse renewal support. It is a nightmare.
