renewed subscription and second computer wants me to purchase

I am an educator and just renewed my subscription. Previously I had CC installed on my desktop and my laptop and both were active and usable. After the renewal, my desktop unit connects and works fine but my laptop tells me I need to renew my subscription. My understanding is I can run CC on two computers with my license/subscription. How can I get my laptop computer activated under my valid current subscription?
