I received a message I should renew my subscription but I already did that a few weeks ago. Please advice: is this SPAM? And how do I get in contact with someone from the support team instead of this way.

Please go to Adobe Customer Service (make sure to sign in to your Adobe account first and allow popups on your browser):

Type "Agent" in the chat box to bypass the chatbot and be connected to a person.
