Renewing CC Enterprise licence

We've had a 2 year licence for CC Enterprise which we've just purchased a 2 year extension for.  Will we get a new licence key for this or will the existing key remain valid?

    Richard,

Grace period of serial key is 30 days.

You can create a licensing file with new serial key.

Please use CC Packager to create a license file with new serial key and then you can deploy it.

The products will be activated with new license file.

    Hi Richard,

You will get a new License key at the time of renewal.

You can check the validity of the license key on licensing website (licensing.adobe.com)

    Hope this is helpful.

    Regards

    Hi,

    Thanks for your reply.

Will the old key cease to work at the end of the current licence's term? Is there any grace period?

We deploy our installs via MSI. Assuming the old key does expire, what options are there to push out the new key? Can we push just the new key or do we have to uninstall the old version and deploy the new one?
