What is in your package?

I see this line:

01/06/17 15:07:18:532 | [FATAL] |  | ASU | DeploymentManager | HDPIMWrapper |  |  | 5744 | The HDPIM Setup Process return code is (190).Stopping the installation process.

This error could indicate that you are installing Project Felix which requires Windows 10 minimum.

This application is now known as Adobe Dimension. Adobe XD also requires Windows 10 Creators Update (64-bit) – Version 1703 (build 10.0.15063) or later.
