Report external user to Fraud department

I'm receiving emails from external person that I don't know to sign through adobe sign however this document is malicious and I need to block the user.

I can't block the source as it is adobesign@adobesign.com and we receive many of them through the email server.  

How do I block a single user from sending to my company?
