REQUEST: Creative Cloud for teams - Floating and assigned licenses

Dear Adobe,

We are happy that the collaboration workflow got improved and it seem to work better!

Now a real Life standard situation:

We all have in-house and freelancers we work with so it would be great if that would be covered by the team concept!

Example:

ASSIGNED | FLOATING CONCEPT

4 assigned licenses for the in house Editors

6 licenses for freelancers - they are all in the team system once they login they get assigned one of the license.

Why? - we know who did the edit and we also don't have to un-assign and reassign people or worst having licenses running under user1 2 3 4 5 6 and an excel sheet that says who was working on the user when to figure out who was the guy that deleted the master timeline / picture etc.

I think floating Licenses will be a massive improvement and help adobe users a lot.
