I HAVE AN ENTERPRISE ACCOUNT, IN THIS ACCOUNT CREATIVE CLOUD APP IS INCLUDED IN THIS PLAN BUT CREATIVE CLOUD SHOWS REQUESTS FOR ACCESS TO APPS

 

BUT PLAN INCLUDEDS all apps

This could be possible because of a setting which your admins may have applied to the admin console from where the licenses are assigned.

 

In case you are an enterprise customer, please refer the KB below and get this checked from your admin if they have applied this policy

@Jisho379574617vqu your IT Admins have to assign profiles to your account which will give you access to the applications.
