Request for access to previous invoices (2022–2025) – subscription account ownership change
Hello,
We are reaching out on behalf of our company regarding an Adobe subscription.
Due to an internal ownership change, the original account administrator is no longer with us and we don’t have access to the Adobe ID/email previously used.
We are currently preparing our annual accounting for the 2022–2025 period and need copies of the invoices from these years. We can provide our company details (including VAT ID) and an existing invoice to help identify the account.
Could an Adobe specialist please advise on the best way to retrieve the missing invoices or transfer the account ownership to our current administrator? Thank you.
