Request to Add Product and Group Columns to the Admin Console

It would be very helpful if additional columns could be added to the Admin Console.

Within Groups:
When viewing the members of a specific group, it would be beneficial to have a column displaying the product(s) each user is assigned. Currently, you have to open each user's profile individually to determine their assigned products.

Within Users:
It would also be helpful if the Users view included a column showing the group(s) each user belongs to. This would make it much easier to identify user assignments at a glance without opening individual profiles.

Having these additional columns would significantly improve visibility, reduce the number of clicks required to find information, and make user and license management much more efficient.

    Hi @tsb83996750,

Thank you for reaching out, and we appreciate you taking the time to share this suggestion. We understand how much easier day-to-day user and license management would be with product and group information visible directly in the Admin Console list views.

One quick note on the current Users tab:

The Users tab already lists each user's name, email address, ID type, and assigned products, so the products column should be visible there without opening each profile. If that column isn't showing in your view, please let us know, and we'll look into it. For reference: https://adobe.ly/4wsrLDR

On the two enhancements you've raised:

Showing products per user in the Group members view, and showing group memberships as a column in the Users view, are not currently available in the Admin Console. The best place to submit these as product feedback so they reach the right team is through our Feature Request section here on the Adobe Community: https://adobe.ly/44dytBO

In the meantime, here's what can help:

To see the members of a specific group in a downloadable list, open the group in the Admin Console, select the More Options icon in the upper-right, and choose Export users list to CSV. Reference: https://adobe.ly/4y1lXmt

For a broader view of all users along with their assigned product profiles, you can also use the Edit User Details by CSV option on the Users tab and download the Current users (recommended) template, which provides a CSV of your current users with their assigned product profiles. Please let us know if you have any further questions.

    Thanks,
    ^BS
