Request to consolidate two Adobe contracts and transfer licenses

Hello ,

I would like to request consolidation of two Adobe contracts into one master account.

Primary contract ID (target):
xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Secondary contract ID (to be merged):
yyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy

Both contracts belong to the same company and invoices are issued to the same legal entity.

We request:
- Transfer of all licenses to the primary contract
- Consolidation under one Adobe Admin Console
- Migration of users and applications
- Support for transferring user data where technically possible
- Unified billing under one contract

Could you please advise on how to proceed with this process? Thank you for your feedback.

Thank you for reaching out. Upon review, I can see that you have an active Teams account associated with the Adobe ID used to post this query. Based on your message, it appears that you are looking to merge two different Adobe contracts. Please confirm if this is the issue you require assistance with.

Could you also confirm the type of contracts involved — whether both are Teams, both are Enterprise, or one is Teams and the other is Enterprise?

In such cases, one contract would generally need to be cancelled and the required licenses added to the remaining contract.

For migration of users and applications, if you need to add multiple users, you can follow the steps outlined in the following document to manage users via CSV bulk upload in the Adobe Admin Console:

you can’t automatically consolidate accounts.  you have to manually merge one into the other and then cancel one.
