Request to resend invoices 2024 + 2025

We have an active Adobe account, but recently discovered that invoices were being sent to an incorrect (non-existent) email address. We have now updated the email address in our account settings.

Could you please resend the past invoices (2024 + 2025) to the newly updated email address, or to me directly so that we can process them accordingly? Customer 1285156957.

    Hi, since we do not receive invoices I only have the informatie via the
    bank statement:
    ADOBE *ADOBE 044-207-3650, IE 29,99 euro.

    Thank you for reaching out. To assist you further, could you please provide the Adobe ID associated with the active subscription, or let us know the type of subscription you have?

    If you have an Individual plan, you can follow the steps outlined in the following document to download your invoices:
    Print your Creative Cloud invoice

    If you're using a Teams account, please log in to the Admin Console and follow the instructions in this document to access your invoices:
    Manage invoices – Adobe Admin Console

    Please note that only the contract owner can view billing history in the Admin Console, and only if the Teams membership was purchased directly from https://adobe.ly/3GE45I8. If your plan was purchased through a reseller (indirect contract), you’ll need to contact your reseller directly for invoices and billing-related information.
