Reseller ignoring all requests, as is Adobe

I have a VIP account through an Adobe Reseller, Tech-Crawl.  I asked them for help on a licensing issue back in January, with no response. I have repeatedly emailed them for the past 6 weeks and they never respond.  I contacted Adobe; they told me to contact my Reseller...who again, is not responding via email, and they have no other means of contact.  So for 6 weeks now I have had a license I can't use, and no one at Adobe will help fix it...they just keep passing the buck.  I really don't know what to do anymore.

Today I got locked out of my Adobe apps. Adobe says that our two subscriptions expired in December, and to contact our reseller, Tech Crawl. We already renewed with Tech Crawl in December. Apparently they no longer exist, though? No idea who to contact or what to do. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

@CathyClarkSequim Could you let me know what is the issue with the Adobe application? Any screenshots or error messages to understand the problem.

Thank you for responding.  Shortly after I posted this, I discovered Tech Crawl no longer exists, which is why they weren't responding to emails.  I was able to get transferred to dell.com as a reseller - they responded in a very short amount of time, so I'd recommend them to anyone else who is looking for a reseller.  Having said all that, it would help if Adobe weren't so segregated by area.  My problem was apparently a sales issue, but the only people I could get in touch with were tech support, who couldn't help.
