bonjour j'ai résilier mon abonnememt sauf que j'ai 131euro à payer alors que je n'ai meme pas utiliser adobe acrobat si on peut m'enlever cette somme énorme alors que j'ai payer 23euro déja le premier mois cela me suffit je ne suis pas en capacité de payer 131 euro de plus je n'utilise jamais ce logiciel je ne comprend pas cette somme. Enlevez moi la sil vous plait. merci cordialement

Please note the following:

If a plan is canceled within 14 days of purchase, there is no cancellation fee. You will receive a full refund, and your account will revert to a free membership.

After the 14-day period, an early termination fee of 50% of the remaining contract value applies. For instance, if the plan is canceled in the ninth month, you would be charged 50% of the fees for the remaining three months.

Why is there a cancellation fee?
