Restoring Creative Cloud libraries

Hi, my Admin recently renewed some of our team licences, including mine, and now all my CC Libraries are missing.

I've found where the files are stored locally (LIBS folder in Creative Cloud Libraries on my Mac). Is it possible to restore my Libraries somehow using these files?

If not, is there a way to get my Libraries back from the Cloud?
