Rogue branching off of my Adobe profile

I made the mistake? of inquiring about Adobe Workfront for my organization and somehow got "complimentary" access to CC for 60 days. The problem is I already have an Adobe account through my employer. The account associated with my work email is now labeled "personal" and my team members have all lost access to our shared asset library (which I own). There is no way that I can see to revert back to my work account. Help!

This doesn't seem rogue. Your organization was most likely underwent a scheduled upgrade to Business storage. In this case it also seems that you have entitlements from what are possibly different organizations (or Admin Consoles), which have provide entitlements to different products. In your case it's likely that one Admin Console is used for Creative Cloud and another one for Workfront. In such a scenario, because it's difficult to automatically segregate assets to figure out which assets belong where, the assets remain behind in the Personal profile. And so that you have the ability to access them and move them, you're provided a complimentary subscription to your Personal profile.

To migrate the assets, you can try the following:

  1.  Sign in with your personal profile and export the Library. And sign out.
  2.  Sign in with your Business profile. Choose the org/profile in which your colleagues are
  3.  Import the Library.
  4.  I'd recommend using Teams Libraries for this use case. It's one of the features of this Storage upgrade and provides organizational storage. Teams Libraries belong to the Org rather than a user. So even if a user leaves or is unavailable, assets remain with the team.

5. Other assets will need to be moved manually to the desired Profile. See Transfer assets.

Not optimal, I agree. But this seems to be the fastest way forward. Let us know if this helps.
