Roll out of "new" Acrobat Pro DC
I am the admin for our team, but I am the only one who has not received the "new" version of Acrobat Pro DC, which looks like it started rolling out in June 2023. I have literally every user asking questions about the new interface and I thought they were all smoking crack or something. According to the creative cloud desktop, I have the same version as they do, but mine is the "old version". There is no menu item to "disable new acrobat" for example.
How do I get on the same version as my users? And why would it roll out to everyone except the admin account? The problem is the same with my mac version, so I need to force that version to update also.
