RTL issue with 2021 version

Hello so i got myself an isolated package with ENGLISH (ISRAEL) lang.

 

after i installed the programs on my PC only photoshop got the RTL options
ILLUSTRAIOR and INDESN still have the issue with the  punctuation marks that are  jump to the begging to the sentence instead to stay in the end.

 

is there any workaround? patch ?
