rum after ccp 1.3

Anyone else having problems with rum after updating ccp 1.3   updated Ausst with latest from ccp 1.3

Now updates from rum not wirking. Trying to run rum gives error needs proxy  ( it does not)   When you provide one.   Gives error that  must be launched with elevate privileges when it already is.
