RUM kills device licenses

Hello,

Running the RUM seems to remove device licenses and forces users to login with valid accounts. The device licenses were fine before running this update.

How does one run RUM without wiping out the device licenses? Earlier RUM sessions did not damage whatsoever to the Suite.

(Windows 7 x64)

Our CC package installer was built WITHOUT the CC App so that users would not update CC on their own, since it seemed to cause the same issue.
