Running creative suite on a Windows 2019 terminal server

I have several users with active Creative Suite licenses, but their desktops are dying due to the age. I was wondering if I can create a Windiows 2019 terminal server for those users to use Creative suite from the server. I can limit the login to the server to only those users with the active license. Would the Creative Suite works under the terminal server environment?
