Sales is not getting back to me

Hi

 

I have built an app using the developer sdk. I now want to go live but nobody in Sales is getting back to me. I have logged an enquiry on the sales page twice and created a support ticket here last week. 

 

My support ticket has been deleted.
 



Can someone please explain to me how to get ahold of sales?
