School account won't work

Hello everyone! So bc of my University I'm supposed to able to sign in with my student account and have access to the creative cloud, but when i do sign in it tells me i still need to buy a plan? Has this happened to anyone and is there a way to fix it?

What you should check, is if you are logged in to the correct level of account. You should be signed in with your school's account and into the correct level: https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/enterprise-id-faq.html

 

The university or the school's IT support is the first point of contact that you should use for this kind of problems. The Account administrator could not yet have invited you.

In such a case probably you might have to contact your school's IT dept to make sure that all permissions are set for your account.
