School/company account is not letting me access any services

I have a student discount with my school email. For my classwork, I pick the personal account and for my on-campus job I pick the school/company account. For some reason, randomly the school account has not been working. It tells my I don't have access to any apps or services and that they aren't included in my plan. This has never been a problem to me for 7 months and suddenly I can't access services I need like Adobe Fonts. My personal account still works the same. This is a problem on both my laptop and the work computers, so it must be a problem with my account rather than with the software where I work. Any ideas on what is wrong?

Upon checking, I can see that only an individual subscription is currently associated with the Adobe ID you used to post this query. You mentioned previously accessing the license through your business/school profile. It appears that your school administrator has removed the license entitlement from your account and removed you from the enterprise contract.

This is likely the reason you no longer see any plans under the business/school profile. I recommend contacting your school administrator or teacher to have the license reassigned to your account.
