School project lead to undesired subscription - refund possible?
Dear community, please don't judge too harshly. Something went wrong and I want to fix it. Your help will be appreciated.
My son worked on a school project. I supported him by providing him with credit card data. After less than ten days the project was finished and the account (Stock, Creative Cloud) has not been used any more.
However my credit card started to be charged on a monthly basis. The cancellation lead to more fees.
Is there a goodwill way to resolve the issue and refund the fees?
