Second install is always a trial version?

Good morning,

I have bought the CC photographers package (Photoshop and Lightroom). Installing on my Mac was no problem, but when I installed the package on my Windows laptop I only see a trial version. I cannot find the license code for input in the licensing screen... Can someone explain to me wich steps exactly have to be taken to get a licensed install? Thanks in advance! Jan

Hi Jantien,

It looks you have purchased a subscription for Photography plan. You need to activate the apps using your Adobe ID and password as there is no serial key for subscription based product.

Hello Ashish,

Thanks for your answer. The problem is solved in the mean time. Activation did not work on my laptop because of a connection error to Adobe license server. With unexpected online help of Adobe some settings in my laptop were adjusted and a few seconds later activation was done!

I hope this solution can help other users with simular problems.
