Here are the specifics of our requirement:

Usage Duration: 4 weeks
Purpose: for summer camps
Central Management: Preferably, we would like to manage these licenses under one administrator account for ease of distribution and management.

Given these criteria, we are looking for the most cost-effective and efficient way to procure these licenses.
