sent invitation to join, user can accept

Hi

I have sent an invitation to a user, fine, email turns up, click on "Accpt Invitation", fine, web page opens

the "Join <name> in the creative cloud" pops up and the the numbers 1 & 2, but no where to accept invitation

could some one please assist

    Hi,
    Recently, I worked with students who had the same problem : they couldn't confirm their invitation and  have access to my files.
    I sent an inivtation to myself (via another account and another email adress) to make a try.
    It doesn't seem to work for me either : in my case, the web page opens but nothing particular happens. I tried on Firefox and Explorer.
    Do you have another idea in mind?

    Itried with safari and firefox (both are upto date) on and of yesterday, and had no joy, until

    mid to late afternoon yesterday when finally the acceptance boxs appeared, quite strange, problem

    all fixed.
