serial not working CS6

I am unable to reinstall CS6, serial is just not working. I work in a small nonprofit foundation and we have 4 licenses for CS6.

My mac broke down, become unstable, motherboard malfunction (repair would have costed 750€) and boss said we´ll use that

as a backupmac and buy a new mac for me. To the new MacBook Pro I installed everything from TimeMashine backup. Of course

CS6 needed to installed again. I managed to startup the old one that much that I could deactivate CS6. Now I can operate a bit that old

broken mac, It just freeses if it mooved even a little bit. (not wery handy Macbook pro )

Anyway, new MacBook Pro don´t approve serials we have. My colleague deactivated her´s CS6 and I tried to use that serial.

Not working. But my colleague was able to activate her CS6 with my serial and with her own.

Chat from adobe provided me a proper link where to download right version of CS6. That did not help.

Old mac and new mac have same ip -address.

Anyone?
