Serial number licensing in CC for Teams?

After searching the forums, I see this is possible in CC Enterprise. But, specifically, can this be done in CC for Teams?

License or entitle CC for Teams installations so they don't require activation via the internet.

We have numerous machines with no internet access and this prohibits using cloud-entitled applications like CC.

So, has anyone done this? If so, is there a documented method?

Serial number license is what you are looking for and will work in your environment.

So depending on your account type you can either go for ETLA or CCT.
