    I can't tell from what you have written what kind of licence you have, but have you tried signing in to the application with your Adobe ID?

    DEAR

    I mean that 23 days ago I download your indesign software, and yesterday I done the payment for the license, but until now I didn't receive the serial number for the software that I have to wrote for confirm the software.

    Kindly could you do something for me, What I have to do.

    It sounds like you just need to sign in to the software using your Adobe ID to activate it.

    Your Adobe ID is always an email address.

    Launch InDesign and go to Help>Sign In.
